Professional Experience:

As a member of the law firm's dispute resolution practice, Gábor has represented clients before numerous different courts and authorities. He has also acted in cross-border litigation matters, having advised a foreign FMCG client in its pre-litigation case and co-operated with foreign counsels in a multimillion Euro legal dispute concerning a bank guarantee issued by an Italian bank.

Gábor advises on a broad spectrum of real estate matters ranging from sale and purchase transactions to the transfer of real estate holding companies, financing transactions and real estate litigation cases, including the recent successful representation of a regional investor in their high value litigation with a former landlord. Gábor is regularly involved in conducting due diligence, primarily with regard to real estate related issues.

Gábor has considerable experience in the gaming & betting industry, having provided advice to casino investors, and companies involved in betting and online gaming. In this capacity, his experience includes regulatory and transactional advice and concession agreement negotiations with the Hungarian State.

Gábor joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2011.
