Professional Experience:
Zsófia has acted on a wide range of complex transactions, including Hungarian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, infrastructure projects and concession agreements, often in highly regulated areas such as pharmaceuticals and financial services. She is experienced in employment law and has an extensive track record in dealing with competition issues, including merger control and unfair trade practice cases.
Zsófia also has extensive experience on which to draw in the pharmaceutical sector, having dealt with contractual, competition, commercial, employment and regulatory matters.
She possesses a deep understanding of the gaming & betting industry, with particular regard to regulatory issues and concession agreement negotiations with the Hungarian State.
After graduating from university Zsófia started working for the firm as an associate and became a partner in 2011. As part of her training, she has been seconded to the London office of a major international law firm.
